Reasearch / work
My research deals with the economic geography of innovation, with focus on innovation-based regional development and transformation, regional innovation systems and policy, and clusters and cluster policy. I have a strong interest in regional development and the question how industries transform towards greener and more sustainable production. I am currently leading a FORMAS project on the green transformation of the Swedish food industry.
