My research is predominantly focused on the relationship between diet and oral health, but in a broad sense. This includes social change as well as individual aspects. I have studied the changes among elderly with different dental status regarding their diet. Furthermore how different non-dental parts of oral health (mostly salivary) may influence our dietary intake and perceptions and how this may be measured.
